Items that were purchased from our inventory and are not special order pieces may be returned within 24 hours for a full refund. To receive a refund on non-special order pieces, you must call us to discuss the situation and receive shipping authorization.

The item has to be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, and warranties as shipped by Watches24Seven. Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication that the watch has been worn or sized in any manner. All returned items are subject to a possible restocking fee and shipping expenses.
