Panerai created the Mare Nostrum steel chronograph watch for the Itanian Navy in the 1980's. It was a flight deck model to help the deck hands prepare for airplane landings made on deck. This model is a unique Panerai that was very important to the Panerai brand and the Italian Navy! If you are a collector, you should have a Mare Nostrum in your collection. This was a re-edition of the pre-vendom model and was made in a run of 1000 units in 2018.

BEZEL: brushed steel with tachymeter scale engraved
